Ergonomic Services

Ergonomics is just not about fixing aches and pains. It involves optimising physical, cognitive and organisational workflow equally. If you have pain or an injury, assessing your work environment can help you recover. However, getting an ergonomic workstation assessment even before you have any problem can prevent musculoskeletal disorders in the future.

Our assessments are run by independent physios specially trained in ergonomics, who look at an employee’s presentation, desk surroundings, and their work lifestyle to identify a problem, advise or advocate on a change for the better. The exercises and rehab we provide will be based on the most recent research and adapted to the individual’s own work life.

Get in touch with us ergonomics@codexltd.com if you have any queries or want to know more about a product or service we offer.

OUR SPECIALISED SERVICES

DIGITAL RISK ASSESSMENT PACKAGE

Overview
  • Understand your employees' risk level.
  • Allocate the correct equipment recommendations to the necessary employees.
  • Maximise your budget and prioritise staff with higher risk of injury.
  • Receive custom report explaining how to better support employees’ workplace wellbeing.

We understand that different customers have different needs. We pride ourselves on understanding our clients and providing them with the correct interventions as quickly as possible.

Online Risk Assessment

Our online risk assessment can be sent to employees and covers questions on workstation ergonomics, posture, and health & safety. Upon completion, our experts then categorise workers into different levels of risk, namely High, Medium and Low. This allows the company to maximise limited resources and target the people who are at a higher level of risk first and then plan accordingly.

Additional Benefits

  • This helps to formulate the template for your Home Working Policy.
  • It helps you to ensure you cover your employees to the best of your ability.
  • Cover the company as much as possible, from a compliance point of view.
  • Create a framework to follow going forward.

For The Company

In addition to a live dashboard, the company will receive a report with the breakdown of each employee who has completed the questionnaire. Once we place the employees into the three categories, we recommend different products and services tailored to help them.
