Requests for returns of stationery items can be placed by telephone, email or submitted via the online form located at the bottom of the page
Codex offers a ‘No Quibble’ returns policy for a 30-day period from the date of delivery, provided that the goods and packaging are undamaged and fit for resale. Any goods in our Business Supplies Catalogue can be returned in accordance with our terms if they are in good condition, are in their original packaging and are returned within 1 Month of purchase.
Where goods are in accordance with the above requirements, the Customer Service team will issue a returns docket (soft and hard copy if required) detailing:
- Cost Centre Number/Name
- Product Code
- Product Description
- Quantity to be Returned
- Reason for Return
Goods will be collected by the Codex distribution team from the agreed location and credited to the account.
All returns will be processed free of charge, collected within 48 hours of the request, and credited to the account within 72 Hours.
