Requests for returns of stationery items can be placed by telephone, email or submitted via the online form located at the bottom of the page.
Codex offers a ‘No Quibble’ returns policy for a 30-day period from the date of delivery, provided that the goods are unopened and fit for resale.
Where goods are in accordance with the above requirements, our team will process the return and issue a confirmation of the goods to be collected.
Goods will be collected by the Codex distribution team from the agreed location and credited to the account.
All returns will be processed free of charge within 48 hours of the request and credited to the account within 72 hours of goods collection.
